Face Is Most Important.Face Exercise  Plays an important Role in the Face Beauty.

By following these few Face exercises religiously you have a young and dazzling look without going to surgery or a face-lift. Let's start with the forehead. This exercise should be done 10 times a day and the number six at a time.

For Head  (Face Exercise)

Eyes;-(Face Exercise)
1. Put the three middle fingers of each hand underneath the eye, pull down, and try to ignore. Hold for six counts and release.

2. Place the ring and middle fingers of each hand at the outer corners of eyes. Pull the corner of the eye to the hairline and hold. At the same time, squeeze eyes shut, hold for six counts and release.

Cheeks( Face Exercise)
1. Put your head back. Take your three center fingers, place them on the apples of the cheeks and push down. At the same time increase your cheeks as hard as you can with a smile.

2. Put your thumb in the mouth right in the middle of the cheek and push. Meanwhile, put the game against the thumb teeth. Hold for six counts and then repeat on the other side.

Mouth ( Face Exercise)

Chin:( Face Exercise)
1. Take your three center fingers, pull the chin down and at the same time curl the lower lip over the lower teeth.
Benefits: This exercise tones the muscles of the face chin.
